I have placed an order on Zomato and the order wasn’t delivered to me.i reached out to Zomato via email twice and was on chat with an executive for almost 30 mins and I was able to get an agent assigned after almost a week, not sure what’s wrong with the Zomato chat team the same day I ordered my food. The agent was unprofessional and was unable to transfer the chat to supervisor too says he cannot do that nor he cannot resolve my issue and his communication was worst
