Text of Complaint by Priya Raut:

I have purchased a watch from Fossil’s own website https://www.fossil.com/en-in/ on Feb 3rd,2022 and it got delivered on Feb 7th,2022. The watch turned out to be a duplicate one/with manufacturing defect (not sure) with ‘F’ alphabet is missing from the fossil text inside the dial. Also, the quality of the strap is worthless plus the container box has lot of scratches. I raised my complaint on the same day of delivery Feb 7th and got the response from fossil that return will happen in 5 -7 days. Despite of numerous mails to customercare.in@fossil.com and calls to Fossil customer care 0008009190951,I still don’t have any update on return delivery and refund. I have also posted tweet and post on FB still no action has been taken by Fossil. I also visited the Indira Nagar, Bangalore Fossil store on March 7th,2022 to expedite this request, and no action yet. Fossil claims that the process takes 5 to 7 days once request is placed however, it is more than a month and they always give excuse that they will check with Internal team and get back. I want to return this watch and need my refund back.
