I ordered a crop zipper jacket size(M). Due to size issue, I placed an exchange for size(L). Now, after exchanging completely different product has been delivered and they are not allowing for return and refund even though I have uploaded the picture of the wrong product that has been delivered to me.

I ordered a saree. But i received wrong product. And they approved for return. But pick up is not ready for pick up. Because product is showing wt i ordered. But it delivered different product. I called many times mesho and compain this they are not ready to answer. And exchange also possible and this is the 4th time i am facing this issue. This is how to treat customer.?. I want to return and meesho is a fruad.
