It is with utmost grief I’m writing this mail to you. I have booked a flight ticket using paytm app recently. I have called number of times to the customer care for rescheduling the same. The response on the same is still awaited. Off late, Pay TM service providers are not doing a great job. It is pertinent to mention that the job which lacks customer satisfaction provides no growth to the company. Therefore, it is requested to respond to my number of tickets raised in this regard or to reimburse the amount which I have paid for the flight ticket, so that I can change my travel plans.
