I have mentioned below the mail which I had written to them for complaining about the network and unreasonable bill amount.
But till date no response from their side has been received either via mail or telephonic.

Dear Sir/ Madam
This is reference to repeated telephonic calls addressed at various intances to your customer service department for your faulty network and unreasonable bill amount.
With intense pain I would like to inform you that i have been facing tremendous challenges in my routine work just because of your faulty network. I had addressed this issue quite many times but nothing has been done till date at your end to resolve the problem.
Each time when I call your executives to complaint about the network and bill, only fake assurances is what i get in return.
You are not able to provided a better network to your customers and the height is when you penalise the customers with late payment fees.
I humbly request you to track my mobile and watch how much data have i consumed from past 8 months. After tracking down the details you will get to know what as a customer Iam going through. But as a loyal customer I had always preferred vodafone over others and kept on paying money to them in return of such a poor service. This was a blunder at my part.
But now my question to you is that why should i pay this amount to you????
Consider it my request, either fix my problem or let me know if u can’t so that i may get away from you to a better service provider.
