Dear Team ,
I want to bring into your kind attention , the frustration I am going through with Vodafone Services .
I am in Singapore on International roaming for the last 5 months , paying all my bills on time . Suddenly my network was stopped in Apr without any prior intimation to me .
When I complained on the help desk all my tickets were closed stating customer not reachable – reality is that no one contacted me . I specifically mentioned to the help desk people that I am in Singapore and I have only Singapore local number as alternative contact number.
So either call me on Singapore number or email me I will call back.
I was being assured that it will be resolved within 24 hrs every time i raised the complaint.
Now even after 7-8 days of daily followup I still do not have network .
This is highly frustrating that I am helpless here outside my home country – do not have access to my Network , can not do Online Bank transactions – due to which my crucial payment dates towards bills and Loan EMIs are missed .
Please look into my request urgently .
