Hello Sir / Madam,

I would like to formally lodge a complaint against GoZefo online ecommerce website.

I purchased a TV from this website . Because of long delivery time I am trying to cancel this item and get a refund but there is no response from their official consumer care email id .

After one acknowledgement of cancellation request they have not answered even a single mail. Please help .
