I have requested for new broadband connection and have paid the charges upfront for three months including the GST for Rs. 3536/ on Saturday 25th July. They said within 24 hours the installation and activation will be completed but till now I haven’t received any response from the company executives nor they have shown any progress in providing the new connection. They are just cooking up stories everyday and are not addressing my concern, I reached out several times to the executives through phone and social media platform but no one has responded.
