I have ordered Motorola One Fusion Plus Mobile Phone on Monday, 9th November 2020 for ₹16499. I received it with broken charging cable pin and misaligned/skewed front pop-up camera. I have called flipkart’s consumer care official and told him about my issue. He placed a replacement request on 23rd November for it and scheduled a ‘Tech Visit’ by Jeeves executive.
As Tech visitor visited he said that flipkart have provided him with the information to check flash light of the phone, which doesn’t match to what I have told them in my complain. Then Tech visitor rejected my complain and it got cancelled on 24th November.
Then, I called customer care again the next day and requested for resolution, Tech Visit was done again the same day on 25th November but he was again sent to check flash light of phone. This time I called customer care executive at the same time but she doesn’t showed decent responsiveness and issue got canceled again, unresolved.
finally, I called customer care third time on 26th November and given my bank details for refund but even third time Tech Visitor doesn’t showed responsiveness nor the flipkart executive either. And My request got cancelled again on 27th November.
Flipkart customer care executives called me again and again each day asking same thing abut my issue and left it unresolved. They provided wrong information to Tech Visitor thrice. I have raised the concern within 7 days replacement/refund policy despite I have some urgency going on, yet they unmanneredly said that I might be the one who misplaced popup camera and break the cable.
2-3 calls by them a day ,yet no response.
I need my product replaced and positive response
