Applied for the new connection in Bangalore on (10 Apr 2020)! The agent is not replying to message or call !!! Not getting satisfactory answers from Customer care people .Payment is done on 10th April 2020, Waiting for the installation and all the process are completed from payment status to customer account verification. I raise complaint also no response from your end.
