On May 20 in the evening, I ordered Kadhai Chicken and Tandoori rotis worth RS. 170 (Order ID ccc6e507-a623-423b-a794-03b0bdcea3c4) from one restaurant in Dunzo food delivery app. The order I received was incorrect – butter chicken instead of Kadhai chicken. I immediately lodged a complaint with Dunzo customer care (5 times) but every time they told me that an email ticket has been generated and one of their agents will contact me within 6 hours. In the morning on May 21, since I never heard from their agent, I contacted their customer care again by chatting with them using the app. The agent was very rude, directed me to send an email to support@dunzo in and marked my complain as resolved without asking me. I sent an email to the required email account on May 21 at 11:45 am, and got an auto generated reply that their customer care agent will get in touch with me within 6 hours. It’s been more than 6 hours now but I haven’t heard from anyone from their end, highlighting a dereliction of service.
