I’m having a Airtel sim that’s also a new sim just 2 months completed and I did a recharge after 1day the sim network gone and internet is not working so I worried so much I called to customer care for a solution but there is no response officers was so much angry , officer kept a call on mute more that 15 mins then officer disconnected the call , again I tried to reach customer service again no response officers disconnected . I was so disappointed , it’s a very poor Service .
