I had booked a Sleeper ticket in tatkal from IRCTC app on 30th Jan, 2023 for Kanchankanya train, which is from sealdah jn to siliguri jn. Due to waiting list I had cancelled the ticket and according to indian railways rule, the refund is suppose to be processed with 3 days but it’s been 5 days and still I have not received my refund. When using customer care number of IRCTC it is saying busy or invalid number.
