I’d booked my flight tickets on Paytm from BBSR to BLR in April and cancelled them due to lockdowns on 19th May. However, even after several follow-ups Paytm didn’t reply. When I reached out to Indigo they said, they have already refunded the money back. This is harassment. I shouldn’t be following up so much for my own money. These platforms are there to provide ease of operation. Their chat service and their phone number gets no response at all. Why even after 18 days, there is no clear communication?
