Dear Concern,
Please note We are living in rented home in Noida, Snehkunj Apartment, A-603. As per time limit we have paid electric bill of 948Rs./- on 13th March 2020 via Paytm with brother’s account. It transact successfully. But after a month we again check and found 948/- pending. We thought it new bill and paid this time by me. But later realized it was already paid and raised complaint of previous deducted amount in Paytm care. But even after two months no refund was given nor adjusted in next two bill cycle. I am attaching both receipt. Now Paytm care saying 1st transaction was denied but we checked bank account. Amount deducted but not refunded. Kindly look into this matter.
