Hi Consumercomplaints,
Shop101 is cheating the people without delivering products by online pay.I got cheated by them for two orders with Order Id: 7409846999 Order Id: 7383978336. Niether product was delivered nor i got refund of Rs 620(360+260) from last march month. Customer care representatives are not working, thier phone line is always busy on this no ( Vivek /Atul/Prashanth: 9324781136).
Order Id: 7409846999 is not delivered to the customer(Fraud case), but status is updated as Delivered with Forged signature. I lodged a complaint on march 23 2020 and screenshots are attached.They didn’t contacted the customer on 9620455659 because phone number is not working and not even call/message to alternative number 9490702388 POD document attached here shows forged signature. It is not signature of customer.
Order Id: 7383978336 is returned and no refund till now. They are making excuses, you will get refund after 15 working days. More than 2 months passed, but no action is taken by them.
Please help me in getting the refund.
