I hve a complaint against jeevas Mobile protection company .my mobile’ s screen was broken and I called jeevas for refund as I had purchased jeevas 1 year mobile protection plan while purchasing the mobile .the jeevas company asked mee to send all the necessary photos and information regarding that ,I had sent all the required documents and uploaded photographs of all what they asked but still they have cancelled my claim on the basis of lack of documents .i hve sent all the documents and can send the screenshots of my mail where one can see that I hve fulfilled all their requirements .
