I travelled to Banglore for 15 days and below is happned with me.
My order no : 1922144939 was Rejected by Zomato because of location issue. I was give the address as ‘Vodafone Idea Tower, Third Floor, Richmond Road’, However Delivery boy reached to another location. While placing the Order I selected the location option as ‘ Use Current Location’.
Befor rejecting the order, I received the call from Zomat that we are rejecting your order, you will get the refund for this. If require please check the conversation between the me and Zomato guy. I received call from +91-8068113800.
After Rejection I haven’t received the Refund. On Chat support, I got answer as Cannot give you the waiver. This is very disappointing
