Text of Complaint by Hemali:

We have ordered food on zomato details of which are given in attached image. Online payment of Rs 287 was already made by us. The address mentioned in zomatos database is same address where food was supposed to deliver by them. This was confirmed by zomato customer care persons too. Zomato app was showing incorrect address to delivery person and even after giving directions by us on phone to deliver person he didnot deliver food and they cancelled the order. Now zomato is refusing to refund the money due to their app problem. We want you to act on this complaint and act.
