Dear Team,
This is with regards to refund not received for order placed in July. Order No. 15955783419039831A
I am in continuous follow up with call centre and on email for the refund.
A product (Nandani Ghee – Rs.449) was not delivered.
I have also written to next level cshead@jiomart.com but its of no use.
A new complaint is raised everytime. In few days, they send a msg stating the issue is resolved. But there is no refund.
I am told that the issue is with commercial team which is not processing the refund.
Need help on this.
