Hi,
We have booked the flight with Go air airlines on Flipkart on 14/06/21 from Chennai to Ahmedabad but the flight got cancelled many times and finally they rescheduled on 17/06/21 but during the arrival at the airport the airlines member at the airport informed that the flight got cancelled on 17th also due to some technical reasons by the airlines itself. The airlines made arrangements with another airlines(spice jet). And at that time of arrival they asked us to pay Rs 1500 for our infant baby and they assured that this amount will be refunded by the airlines itself through the third party website Flipkart but still we didn’t get any kind of refund. And when we contacted Flipkart they are asking for the airlines confirmation mail for initiating refund. Till now we haven’t received the refund.
