I done payment of All India Tourist Permit (AITP) Rs 8000/- from ministry of road and transport and highways. Transaction id- 2106103042921606. Payment Gateway- 1606210003826. Application number- AI21061600087173. My payment is deducted from the bank account 36953319460 state bank of India through internet banking but the receipt is not generated on the website. It shows “the transaction was initiated by the user but the payment was not completed “. I am attaching the screenshot of my bank account statement of 16 June, 2021. I also complained to sbi helpdesk. They suggest me the following:
The below mentioned transaction is success & funds have already been transferred to “NTRP PFMS Oo CGA MOF“Account.
