I got kent water purifier on 25th October and waited for installation till 1st Nov but nobody came from kent even after followup so requested return which was supposed to be picked up on 2nd of Nov but nobody came then raised a complaint and 6th Nov date was given for pick up but still nobody came …till date nobody has come and I have called customer care 100 times but no serious action taken …now is this my job to call every day and still no action .I want my 15000 rupees back
