1. Accidentally booked 3:30 cab but it is actually in a 24 hr format.
Within 15 mins I asked them to refund but they are giving 0 refund as it is after 9 pm but I booked itself at 9:15 and called at 9:30 promptly.
2. It is mentioned that is is a cab service but it is actually a bus. “Balaji Cabs” but it is actually a bus
They are not even giving a partial refund or a voucher
