I am not able to start my OLA EV.i raised complain on OLA official Twitter handle on 20-Nov-2023. But till today issue has not fixed, neither any engineer visit to my house to fix the issue. I have taken ola care plus membership. As per condition, Engineer should visit to home and fix the issue within 48 hours once issue reported. It has been more than 9 days, still issue has not fixed. Team is giving daily fake promises.
