Hello
There seems to pathetic working for outlet in Ravet, PCMC, Maharashtra.
1) Ordered items on 5th Nov- couldn’t be delivered. No call from delivery agent. No commitments followed. It just informs on SMS we will deliver tomorrow.
2) Cancelled order asked refund. No action taken. No information provided regarding if the payment was successful or failed.
3) I called Dmart customer care in last week they say refund is done. I said I checked the statement nothing found. Complaint raised. No action taken.
Is Dmart providing customer service at all ? If they dont care, we dont care too. (I think many people have already started to shift to other competitors)
There is no response to the mails I have sent below.
Is Dmart hoarding people’s money ?
I will make sure I spread this type of customer service experience to the maximum possible.
