Text of Complaint by Anukrati Agarwal:

I booked a flight ticket with Air Asia through Make My Trip for 3rd Oct (2:45 pm). As per the cancellation policy I could not cancel the flight upto 4 hours prior to departure to get partial refund. I tried to cancel the flight multiple times between 10:00 am and 10:30 am and the website/app failed to cancel due to technical error. I was redirected to the automated chat bot (Myra chat) however, there was no help. I even tried calling Air Asia but both their no.s were not reachable. Finally when I got connected with the Make my trip customer care executive they cancelled my ticket without 0 refund. I have proof of chat with self help and technical error faced by me (screenshot with time stamp). Hence I am eligible for partial refund (INR 7000).Please help in getting the same resolved.
