I had placed an order from the Ola app for ONDC food from Social, Nehru Place on 18 February 2024. The rider didn’t reach my location and claimed that he is standing at my location which he wasn’t. I told him that he’s just 2 minutes aways from me as it was showing on the app and he rudely said that he will come to my location only if I pay him more. I completely refused. After that their support team called and informed me that they’ll cancel the order and refund the money as the driver is refusing to go to the location. I wait for 15 minutes and eventually decided to cancel the order. I was promised a refund but now neither is the team responding to the calls and on the mail they clearly refused to play the refund saying that their driver was waiting at the location. I have placed orders with them multiple times but this kind of incident has never happened. The driver always reached the location. The amount was ₹1164
