Text of Complaint by Vaibhav Narula:

I ordered from Go Gourmet Sector 16 A via zomato. Go gourmet forgot to add the beverage with the order which i had ordered and already paid too. I talked to zomato and explained them everything, first they declined of any other adjustments then they talked to the restaurant and assured me that i’ll get a refund within 48 hours, i didn’t receive any refund. It has been more than 15 days and i am still e-mailing them but they don’t reply either. I am attaching screenshots of e-mail conversations for better understanding.
