I had booked return flight ticket for my wife and myself through paytm app. It was cancelled by Air Asia and Vistara due to covid situation and counntry wide sudden lockdown last year in the month of April.
Air Asia team mentioned they refunded fare charges to the agent (paytm) however I have not received the refund so far. There is no communication from Vistara about refund of my return flight
It’s been more than a year now. The refund amount should be Rs 5494/- for the Air Asia flight and Rs 6656/- for the Vistara return flight including air fare, paytm convenience fee and taxes.
I also have refunded amount statement from Air Asia that they have refunded all amount except paytm convenience fee to the paytm.
Paytm is not responding to my query through email or call.
Feeling Helpless !!
