I order my food in paymt Ondc Platform on 22 January 2024. My payment got deduct but order still in processing and no refund issued till yet . Today is 10 February 2024 almost 20days passed but no refund get. In my payment app its show payment successfull but in order platform it’s in process till now. No response from Paytm ondc customer care. They told me that you get your refund within 7 days within 7days from 15 days they just rotating me. According to Rbi guidelines if payment not gonna auto reversed in T + 5 Days then they have to pay 100Rs compensation per day as penalty which supposed to total 1500rs penalty as of now on 10 February 2024.
