I have played a game bumper winner quiz contest through paytm and made payment through paytm wallet the competition was held from 23rd feb,2018 to 1st march,2018 and i have won 3rd prize of paytm cash Rupees 41001/- i have received an email from care@powerplay.today on 8th march,2018 for my gratification amount of 41001 as a winner of Bumper Winner Quiz Contest held from 23rd feb,2018 to 1st march,2018. I have already submitted all the required documents. As per your policy i should have received the prize money within 2 days of announcement of result. But till date I did not get any prize money and no response from paytm. Kindly address my concern asap.
