I booked a bus ticket from Goa to Bangalore on MakeMyTrip for the date 28-05-23 for Paulo travels.
When we called the operators, he said that the bus was cancelled and did not offer us any option of refund. They are supposed to inform us prior of the bus cancellation and give us proper options.
But he was incredibly rude and cut the call without any explanation.
