Hi,
two days ago my one year plan expired and today I renewed it again but today I am facing the no connectivity issue. It was big mistake from my side that I selected Excitel again and main thing is excitel owner at my local are their behaviour and service is very bad. So please I am requesting you to please refund my one year payment which I paid today.
