I hope this email finds you well. My name is Mohan k, and I am writing to bring to your attention some significant challenges I have encountered during my recent shopping experience on Flipkart.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 Years, but unfortunately, my recent interactions with Flipkart have left me extremely dissatisfied.

I have faced issues with YOUTH ROBE Solid Men Raincoat for return and despite reaching out for support, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I understand that issues may arise in any business, but the lack of responsiveness and the quality of customer service I have experienced are deeply disappointing.

It is disheartening to feel that the level of service I have come to expect from Flipkart has not been met during this recent transaction.

I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope that by bringing these concerns to your attention, we can work together to find a resolution.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into my concerns and a prompt response with a solution.

I was relieved to receive confirmation that the return and refund were accepted. However, despite the acceptance, I have not experienced any progress in the pickup process, and there has been a complete lack of response from your end.

I have been diligently following up with your customer support team on a daily basis, as advised, and have been repeatedly informed to “wait for tomorrow.” Regrettably, this has been the response for an extended period, causing significant frustration and inconvenience on my end.

The delay in the pickup is not only impacting my experience as a customer but is also causing distress as I am not seeing any concrete steps taken to address the issue.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution.
