I took their rental plan of 7089. No Broker said it’s a refundable amount in two cases. If we found the property on our own or we decide to continue on the same property. We need to submit the rental agreement. I submitted and requested for refund..but there is no response from these people. When called they say they will revert in 24 hours but I have not received any response or call. They are not in frame of mind to return the amount. Seems they are doing fraud. Please help in getting back my refund.
