I’m Yogesh. I was planning to open a shop so I opened a paytm business account but I don’t have any shop yet.
It was so easy to open Paytm business. I’ve already a paytm non business account. None of documents they asked. But now, paytm has freezed my account & asking for various shop related documents.
I never faced any such massive issue in settlement. But my simple transactions against no goods selling, are not getting settled in July 2023.
3 Transactions are received in 1 to 5 July 23 month of ₹50k, ₹1200, ₹100 but no settlement received till 19 July 23.
On contacting paytm customer care, they initially promised to wait for 24-48hrs, settlement will reflect in your account. I did wait but nothing happened. I called again, they said same. This same thing happened 5-6 times.
On 17th July 2023, I received message from paytm that my account is freezed & need to upload shop & inventory related documents for reactivation.
Right now I want my money back with compensation.
Please help.
