I’m not getting network inside my office room and in my home also. In my office there is not network at all. I’m not able to receive calls from my clients, as I’m a software developer, I need to provide my services to my client on demand through phone calls. My clients are complaining regarding not receiving there phone calls. I’ve 4G sim card but it seems that my phone is not getting 4G network. Internet is also to low. Even Vi app shows that too low internet, upgrade to 4G sim for faster access.
I have Samsung Galaxy Not2 20 Ultra 5G handset. I googled and tried to call on different number available for registering the complaint for vodafone network. But nothing is helped. My circle is Karnataka and I tried to call on 9886098860 number but it is under repair. I don’t know how long it will take to repair. Vi app is not neither useful to rectify the network not registering the complaint. Please help me to solve the problem as soon as possible
