On 06-Aug I placed the order for amount-3121.95 via order no 15967267889070295A.
On 09th Aug, status shown as delivered. While contacting over phone with telecalled executive wide complain no-0022986815; he has given assurity to resolve the issue within 48Hr. once 48 He passed I again tried to reach many time. But every time its same reply.
Today almost 1 month going to pass but no response so far.
However, today again I called twice and telecaller executive kept me on hold more than 15 to 20 minute on hold after that without response my call disconnected.
I’m supersized, why such irresponsible person kept in this much big organization. I need strict action on these executive.
and another side I need my resolution with my refund on immediate basis.
