There has been no internet service provided by JIO Fiber since November 1, 2022. Today is November 9, 2022 md there has been no resolution. The employees of JIO have not even visited the place of concern. I have been complaining everyday and I just receive a message that their engineer will visit the location in the next 24 hours. After 24 hours have passed, I receive another message that the engineer visit has been rescheduled and he will visit in the next 24 hours. This game has been going on for 9 days.
I have sent several emails, whatsapp chat, calls to the customer care but all in vain. There has been no response from JIO fiber. The company needs to reimburse me for the loss that I have incurred due to their incompetence. Also, refund the amount which I have paid for the number of days they were unable to provide the internet service.
