I ordered a perfume giftset of Versace from amazon which consisted of a shower gel and a perfume bottle but whenthe order got delivered to me the shower gel was missing from the giftset plus there was not seal on the outside of giftset and there were stains also inside the giftset box , so I informed all this to amazon customer care and even shared images of the same with them but they told me that they can’t provide me any return or replacement because according to their investigation this order was delivered to me in intact condition. I even mailed to Amazon india ceo , cs-reply@amazon & jeff besos himself also but yet no help was provided to me . That’s why i am here to request you to help me in this matter .
