On 14th December 2023, I ordered food from Swiggy at 1.20 pm waited till 2.40 pm for the food to get delivered. Initially the delivery time showed 35-40 mins but after waiting for 1.5 hours I sought help from customer support, they said that they are also not able to connect to the delivery partner.
I also called the delivery partner few times but those got unanswered, hence I asked the customer support to cancel my order and refund me.
They said that they have cancelled the order and the refund will be credited to my source account within 2 hours.
When the refund was not credited after 4 hours, I again complained to the customer support and that time they say that because the order was cancelled they cannot refund my money.
I also mailed to the Swiggy customer support but again I got the same answer.
From last 5-6 years I am using Swiggy and they cannot help me with this when the fault is at their end. First they make me wait so long for the food to get delivered during lunch time and after promising to refund my money they refused to return my money.
Seeking your help to refund my money from Swiggy and also compensate for the harassments.
