Text of Complaint by Arabinda Ghosh:

I ordered 4 beers from your wine shop on 25th october & it was received the retailer. I can see a very long process going on through app for order process, packing, then rider was started for my flat. it was showing 52 minuteshe should reach but he never reached. when I was checking in app it was showing due to my non availability rider has returned back. I had a long chat with your two consecutive executive Pratim first then meghna. I complained on my 150/- cancellation as its wrongly deducted but they were just robot & reluctant to listen to me. I am attaching here my order summery, call log screen shot on that day to show there was no calls from liquor shop rider & chat history screen shot. Though after that I have ordered biriyani as I am a bonafide customer for zomato in spite of wrongly charges to me. Therefore I am requesting you to refund my entire 623/- to my account & blacklist the shop & rider asap. Awaiting for your necessary reply & actions.
