Order ID: 225872444044181000. I recently ordered Groceries on August 30-2022 via Flipkart. Until today Sep-08-2022, no one is bothered to contact me back or provide me an update. It’s such a torture that I am given new dates for resolution. I have tried contacting them via twitter, phone and their incompetent chat customer service. I have requested a refund several times and each time I am given a new date for resolution, a ton of apologies & “we will get back to you”
This is harassment by Online Platforms like these who’s unruly behavior, unfair trade practices actually go unnoticed.
Please help get a refund. I promise I will deactivate my “plus” account from Flipkart.
