Text of Complaint by Piyush Jhinjore:

I order a watch of Rs748 from tha facino fista thorough the gateway of razopay on 09 july 2020.

The amount is detected from my account but conformation message of placing the order were not received.

I contacted the razopay and track my transaction id in which I came to know I have to contact sari bhandar.

I opened sari bhandar for customer contact number or id. I didn’t found any number or email id.

I couldn’t find the way to return my amount of Rs748.
