I ordered two cooked vegitable with special instruction that very less spicy and very less chilly. The ordered food delivered on time with same items as per ordred but one item was found very spicy and contain high quantity of chilly , in result , we couldnot consume it.
As per instruction ,I raised my complaint on Swiggy Helpline about 10 times . After 3-4 days , Custumer care replied that they have issued a discount coupen code of Rs. 131.
I again raised the complaint to refund full amount paid by me on account of one item but they refused it.
