I have an airtel fiber broadband at my home, the quality of the internet is not what they promised and they keep shutting down the internet randomly which affect my work as I work from home and I’m dependent on the internet provided by airtel and this is how they help me out, tried to lodge a complaint from there app unable to do so.
Kindly look into this as this is a type of harassment that airtel gives to the customer and fine the customers for late payment fees.
