I have ordered a washing, but the washing machine which was delivered was different. Since i ordered it for one of my relative, i only enquired for proper functioning of machine and didn’t bother to ask about the colour. On 12th October I got to know about this negligence and immediately raised with flipkart. However, citing their policies, they refused to take any corrective action.
It is worthwhile to note that, I have attempted to cancel the order immediately after placing it , due to drop in rates of washing machine , but it was not cancelled and no call were received from the flipkart executive
