I ordered two ethnic wear salwar suit for my kids worth rs 2398 from a site called Adorkid.in. I got the confirmation message on my email id from the no store+87880663327@t.shopifyemail.com which showed as nimbus post number and a company known as “ador kid” was also involved and the delivery partner was Dtdc. The delivery boy did not let me open the package without payment so i paid him cash and when i opened the package there were 2ccheap sarees worth 300rs inside. after that i tried to complain but didn’t get any response . the site was poweres by shopify so i question their authenticity too. please solve this issue and help me get a refund .
