This is to bring to your notice that we are facing severe harassment in activation of our number 7507444408. We are fulfilling all the procedures of the sim activation since past 3 days. But the process gets rejected everytime. 
 
My old sim was lost on 23rd February, 2019 in Surat City, Gujarat. I had applied for new sim of the same number on 25th February, 2019 after coming back to Pune. On 25th Feb, Mon, the owner of the sim (Name : Mrs. Behnaz Battiwala) had, as per procedure required, gone to Vodafone Care centre, NIBM Road, Pune to give her documents and photos procedure. After this, we were given a new sim and were told that it will start in next 4 hours. But whole day went by and we didnt receive any notification or message on the alternative number provided to them. Yesterday morning I called up Vodafone Customer care and informed them about this and i was told that the sim is not active because i have not done a recharge for validity and was told to get the old sim locked first. I told them to lock my old sim. The CC girl then told me that she is taking the request to lock the sim and as soon as the old sim is locked the new sim with the same number will start. I waited till evening for this but it didnt happen and all of a sudden we are receiving a message on the alternate number that the process has been rejected and again the same procedure has to be done.
 
As soon as we got the message, I went to the same Vodafone Store at NIBM Road, Pune and i was told that the same process will have to be done again. Again the owner of this sim Mrs. Behnaz Battiwala had to go and give verifying documents and photo and then we were given a new sim which would be activated in the next 4 hours. But barely 2 hours later we got the same message that the process has been rejected and again the same procedure has to be done.
 
The Vodafone Store guy who handled our request yesterday and today is clueless as to why this is happening and is again insisting for the same procedure to be done. Neither does the CC ladies have any clue what is going on. Is this how customer complains and queries are handled in Vodafone? We are deeply dissappointed in the services. This is one of our company number and we have 4 Vodafone numbers in our company one of which is Postpaid. Earlier the other 3 sims were postpaid too. We have been customers of Vodafone since the past many years. Still we are getting such pathetic services. Other service providers do not take so much time to renew the number. 
 
The RM for our company numbers Mr. Mahesh who works at  Vodafone Care in Camp too doesnt have the time or inclination to solve our query inspite of repeated requests, calls and messages. Now he doesnt even pick up my calls. This is getting very frustrating and Vodafone is doing a lousy job. 
 
Kindly get someone to look into this matter and get this sorted out please. Otherwise we would be happy to change our service provider. This sort of harassment is not expected from a reputed name like Vodafone.
